Shame on New York

Another example of immorality in America. New York has gone against what was once considered a sacred thing - marriage. By legalizing gay marriage, New York joins five other already immoral states. This is nothing but a disgrace to our society. Marriage is specifically defined as being between one man and one woman in the Bible. The breaking of God's law should be breaking U.S. law. If we as a nation do not defend what God tells us, then God will not defend America. The move by New York does not blow me away, considering it is one of the most liberal states in the country. Nevertheless, whether conservative or liberal, it is still wrong.

Let's do the math:

1 man + 1 woman = 1 marriage

Obama Throws Israel Under the Bus

Obama has done it again. Recently, Obama called for Israel to return to its pre-1967 borders. This, in my opinion, is one of his worst actions. Israel has been (and should be) a U.S. ally for many years. After all of this time, are we really going to push for Israel to become unable to defend its borders? It is hard to think, but with the wrecklessness of Barack Obama, it is possible.

While in office, President George W. Bush wrote a letter to Israel stating that the United States would always work for what is best for Israel. It seems as if Obama has just taken that letter and shredded it to pieces. Making an enemy of Israel is not a good idea. The Bible states that Israel is God's chosen people. It would be in America's best interest to support Israel if we want to continue to receive God's gracious blessings. Unfortunately, the Idiot-in-Chief doesn't get the message.

A New Day for America

America has made its voice clear. On November 2, citizens elected a GOP-controlled House of Representatives. It is no question that the Tea Party had a huge impact on the 2010 elections. Americans are rallying for real change. Republicans plege lower taxes, smaller government, and less spending while their time in office. Also popular among Republicans and conservatives is the repeal of ObamaCare. It is important that the GOP listens to the American people. After all, it is the people of this country that put them in their positions. In addition, Republicans need to hop aboard the Tea Party wave that is sweeping across America. Tea Partiers know exactly what needs to take place in order for America to go in a better direction. We cannot afford to continue to go down the path that we are headed. America needs people who will listen to the people and not go along with the political insiders in Washington.

Arizona Leading the Way

Arizona has finally done what no other state has done before. It has cracked down on illegal immigration. Many on the left believe that Arizona overstepped its boundaries in passing this legislation. They believe that Arizona's law is too harsh on illegal immigrants. In fact, federal law is TOUGHER than Arizona's new law. Federal law does not require police to give any reason for asking for immigration papers. The law in Arizona requires law enforcement to have another reason for asking for these types of documents, such as another suspected crime. We should congratulate those that worked to pass this law for Arizona. It will provide a much needed relief in the illegal immigration problem that America faces today. Illegal immigrants have no right to be here - that's why they are called "illegal" immigrants. We have a responsibility to crack down on this issue and to make it clear that we will not tolerate Mexicans illegally coming to this country. We need to encourage more and more states to take similar measures.

Once again, congratulations, Arizona!
